How to walk into the castle dinner show without guessing
Six years setting the hall on Dufferin Street. This is the briefing I used to give friends before a tournament night: what the arena actually looks like, which rows work, and why Saturday is the loud one.
Toronto Castle Dinner Guide is an independent visitor guide, not affiliated with any dinner theatre or its operator. Nothing is sold on this site. Tickets are handled by the operator; there is no checkout here.
The evening is about two hours: a live tournament on sand, a plated meal you eat with your hands, and a room that behaves like a small indoor stadium rather than a quiet restaurant. If that is what you want, you will have a good time. If you wanted a whispered anniversary dinner, you will not.
Photographs on this page of the Exhibition grounds are from Toronto. The tournament pictures further in are live jousts of the same format — horses, armour, grandstand — shot at other halls and credited as such. I would rather show you a real arena than a drawing of a castle.
